Meet Jim

 

From the start, Jim Holt was a stellar real estate professional. In 2009, after only four years in the industry and before age 30, he was already listed on The Wall Street Journal’s Top 100 agents in the U.S. He’s kept up that pace since: In 2021, he was named the No. 1 agent in Silicon Valley by Hoodline. Throughout his career, Jim has developed a solid foundation as a service-oriented agent and an innovative team leader. He’s also able to communicate at a high level with like-minded clients regarding statistical data trends in the market. His Stanford University studies in mathematical and computational sciences align with his use of cutting-edge industry technology to modernize the homebuying and selling processes.

 

As co-founder of Elevate Group, Jim leads by example. Integrity and hospitality are at the core of his being, which is reflected in his interactions with clients and coworkers alike. He finds personal satisfaction in going above and beyond to make clients happy, striving to get to know them so he can anticipate their needs without them having to ask. Preferring to be seen as respectable rather than the most successful, Jim feels that doing the right thing ultimately leads to success. Jim views himself as an upbeat and approachable real estate expert rather than a salesperson, approaching client interactions from a communicative, educational, and empathetic place. With such a humanitarian approach, Jim is happy to provide the same luxury service to homebuyers, sellers, investors, and developers at any price point.

 

Never one to rest on his laurels, Jim co-founded a fast-growing startup, Ark7, that helps clients trade shares in properties as easily as they trade shares in stocks. In his free time, Jim pursues his goal of traveling to every country in the world. As of 2021, he’s closing in on 70 countries visited and, while in those places, he puts his passion for photography to work. His other interests include scuba diving, playing volleyball, and conquering his fears — but as a self-described “geek,” he also analyzes past real estate sales and current market trends and contemplates future trends.
